Stay & Play - In Island Park, Idaho

July 4, 2009 marks the 13th Annual All American Sawtelle Stampede! This "Fun Run" honors America's birthday, since the Island Park Area Chamber of Commerce established the event as a fun activity for residents and visitors over the Fourth of July weekend. Sawtelle was added to the name a few years ago because the course is near the base of Sawtelle Peak, the landmark mountain seen from just about anywhere in the
Island Park caldera.
Red, white, and blue are the All American Sawtelle Stampede's colors, and will be used in all event promotions and to decorate the course
