Arts & Craft Fair
Held at Buffalo Run Campground, RV and Cabins in Island Park, Idaho
Friday through Sunday - July 11, 12 and 13 2008
EXHIBIT INFORMATION AND RULES
Outside 12 x 12 booth spaces. No shade, bring a canopy that fits completely within your area. Limited electricity is available; apply early if you need power.
Booth Fee - hand-crafted items: $45 per 12 x 12 foot outside space.
Special Fee - Commercial, non hand-crafted in keeping with the theme of the area; lodge decor, fish and wildlife, not swap meet stuff. $100 per 12 x 12 outside space.
The Island Park Library Friends group always draws a crowd with its baked goods and book sale. The event is a member of the Island Park Area Chamber of Commerce and is well promoted by the local media.
All booth space rental fees go to the IPLF to enhance area library services; vendors retain all profits. Originally, the IPLF showcased only local talent. The IPLF has opened the show for outside artists, but wish to retain hand-made, hand-crafted charm. Please do not bring cheap plastic toys, marshmallow guns (this is grizzly bear habitat), silly string, poppers, stink bombs or fireworks of any kind. Failure to abide by this simple rule will result in your immediate expulsion from the show without a refund.
Craft criteria: original handmade and fine commercial crafts. We try to limit duplication, so the more information you provide, the better. Products not listed on your application will not be allowed. Crafts will be juried by crafter's, and a photograph of your product is appreciated; we may use it in our advertising.
Set-Up starts Friday morning at 8 am - Check in with a clipboard-toting fair organizer; all booth spaces are pre-assigned.
Fair Hours: Friday, Noon - 6PM
Saturday, 10 am - 6PM
Sunday, 10 am - 2PM
AFTER NOON ON FRIDAY, YOU MAY OPEN LATER - OR CLOSE LATER
